As of November 20th, Austin Palliative Care will be making an adjustment to our afterhours support. Our goal remains to provide our patients and families with as much additional support as we can, however we are no longer able to continue with providing access to a physician on call.

 We will continue to provide support through our nurse triage line, which you can access by calling our main number 512-397-3360 and selecting option 9. A trained registered nurse will be available to assist you with urgent concerns; help you determine if immediate care is recommended and guide you on next steps until our office reopens.

 As always, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or proceed directly to an emergency room.

 To ensure continuity of care, we ask that all routine questions, appointment questions, and medication fills be addressed during regular business hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
